We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, contents, and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be exactly accurate. Product photos are representative and actual colors may vary slightly.
Each paint kit includes the materials listed in its product description. We reserve the right to substitute equivalent materials if a specific supply is unavailable, and we will note any substitutions.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but price changes will not affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
Payment is processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your credit card or payment details on our servers. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
3. Orders & Fulfillment
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation means we have received your order — it does not mean the order has shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and guided painting instructions — is the property of Pure Joy Arts and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written permission.
The artwork you create using our paint kits is yours to keep, display, gift, or sell.

Pure Joy Arts provides paint kits for recreational use. We are not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of our products.
